🇬🇷 Follow-Up Activities in Greece – Coaching (COA-SK-YEM)

Following the completion of the project, the Greek team implemented follow-up activities focused on coaching as a tool for personal development, empowerment, and active participation. These activities aimed to transfer the knowledge, skills, and experiences gained during the project to a wider group of young people and youth workers at local level.

Through coaching-based sessions, participants were encouraged to reflect on their goals, strengths, and challenges, while developing self-awareness, confidence, and motivation. The follow-up activities provided a safe and supportive environment where young people could express themselves, strengthen their decision-making skills, and explore ways to apply what they learned in their daily lives and communities.

The coaching approach used in Greece supported long-term impact by promoting responsibility, inclusion, and active citizenship. By sharing project results and coaching methodologies, the Greek follow-up contributed to the sustainability of the project and strengthened the role of youth as agents of positive change.

Follow Up – Greece

Follow-up Activity 1

Follow-up activity was done on the 18th of August 2025, and participants of the program presented the activities and the results that we have done during our training course.  In the follow-up activity, there were approximately 20 young people, students, teachers, and youth workers.

Follow-up Activity 2

On Sunday, 21 September 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA210 Youth project "Youth Employment Skills," our organization participated in a workshop held in Riga, Latvia. As part of this event, we organized a dissemination activity to present the outcomes of our training course "Coaching as a Skill for Youth Empowerment." The dissemination session engaged 15 participants, including young people, students, teachers, and youth workers from Latvia, Turkey, and India. Notably, these countries were not originally foreseen in the dissemination plan, which highlights the extended reach and added value of the activity. During the session, participants were informed about the objectives, methodology, and key activities of the training course. The event provided an opportunity to raise awareness of coaching as a tool for youth empowerment and to foster dialogue among diverse stakeholders in the youth field.

Except for the previous activities that INPLANET implemented, which we published on INPLANET's website, Facebook, YouTube channel, and Instagram, we published videos, photos, and information about the program.

What INPLANET's participants in the program wrote:

Panagiotis Souliotis: The truth is, I feel a strong sense of nostalgia when I look at photos from my days in Parnitha and everything we went through and did there. I'm really grateful that I participated in this program. I reminisce about the moments I experienced during Erasmus because I met and worked with so many people from different countries. I made memories that I will remember forever.

Dimitris Souliotis: The Erasmus+ project COA was a very enriching experience. The facilitators seemed to have everything organized while also trying to make the project as fun as possible. I also like the fact that the schedule wasn't that tight, allowing us some free time to explore around and build connections with other participants between the activities.

Crenguta Brasoveanu: A well-developed program in Parnitha-Athens, about life coaching, focused on helping the individuals to improve their own performance.

INPLANET sent e-mails describing the program to the cultural associations of our area, Agia Varvara: the Association of Cretans, the Association of Pontians, and Association of Epirus.
